Connecting With Others

Committed to building a Haimish & warm community

When visitors come to TKA, they instantly feel the warmth and inclusiveness of our Temple family. We intentionally create a haimish community where people foster deep life-long friendships.

Haimish: Yiddish slang for warm and cozy
We have various committees and groups that welcome you and your participation. At TKA, your voice and involvement make a difference. Please join us and be a part of our community.
TKA is more than just a temple; we are a vibrant and caring community. Your participation and membership is important to us! Join Our Beloved Community!

Brotherhood builds camaraderie among the men in our temple membership, through dynamic social and educational activities. Brotherhood shares a lot of laughs together along the way.

KATY (Kol Ami Temple Youth) is our youth group for children in grades 8-12. We have fun events throughout the year an annual favorite is putting on the TKA purim carnival.

Our KATs (Kol Ami Tots) are our youngest members of the congregation we engage newborn to age 7 in appropriate, interactive fun learning and spirituality.

Our Temple Kol Ami’s kavanah (intention) is to build a community that tends to each other’s well-being, so we may all feel valued when we need support, comfort, or assistance.
